The new online shop for Italian and Lincolshire foods in Lincoln.

Over the past 3 months I have been working on this e-commerce website. I have different and varied experiences every time I work on a website I have a different experience completely. I would put this down to the relationship between me and the client as they are all different.

A taste of Italy by Pompeo has been one of those projects that I can sincerely  say I am enjoying working on. Its still in the launching and beta stage but I can see very good potential in the project in a not so far future. The reason I say this is twofold.

1. Products Range and Quality  The products in this shop are genuine, authentic and very good quality. The stock Italian and Lincoln foods, wines, sausages, olive oil, juice, honey, antipasto’s, antipasti’s, ham,  cheese, hampers.
2. The owner – Mr. Pompeo Siracusa: A very cheerful persona, very knowledgeable about the products both from Italy and local Lincolnshire produce. The presentation in the main shop when you first walk in, blows you away. This is an ongoing project and is making me start learning Italian and specifically Italian foods so I can update and do the micro jobs of keeping the content up to date everytime we have new products. What a way to end the year.

Have been working on a website for a Driving School in Lincoln. I also had a personal interest in such a website as it has been a long time since I sat behind a wheel, and as I urgently need a driving license myself and to attend a driving class, this is an exiting project. They offer driving lessons for good, reasonable prices for people in Lincoln and in the whole of Lincolnshire. Understandably I know little about cars or the different types of licenses one can have and how to save on fuel when driving or just generally, what to pay attention to. Have finished the design and development for the Unity House – Montessori Kindergarten website. It has been a nice project to work on – another pre-school, kindergarten website by Safarista Design in Lincoln, UK. Tumanaupendo is an online shop for Kenyans who live abroad. We have designed and developed it, using Magento Commerce software. It is now up and running, anyone can by food or beverages and then send them to their family in Kenya. Another shop done! If you wish to visit the website go to http://tumanaupendo.com/.
