What is it?

Safarista (sa·fa·ris·ta • sə-ˈfar-ēs-ta) The word "safari" refers to any long or adventurous journey or expedition in Swahili. Safarista means "safari participant" or "participant in a long journey or expedition" in Italian.

The technology we use

We design all our websites ourselves, using mostly Adobe Photoshop. Anything meant for print is mainly designed in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign (books, leaflets etc).

All our static websites are in HTML and CSS which are handcoded and valid. If the websites or blogs need simple CMS systems, we mainly use Wordpress as well as Joomla. If they need more complex features, they are handbuilt in Ruby on Rails.

Our online shops are built with Magento Commerce.
